Public-Private Dialogue, Quality and 'Made in Comoros'
ITC is committed to deploying its expertise and experience to support the implementation of an effective and quality public-private dialogue (PPD) mechanism that will serve to facilitate and structure regular consultations between the Comoran Government and Comoran private sector organisations on trade regulation issues. ITC will provide support to strengthen the technical skills of public/private stakeholders to inform the formulation/implementation of trade policies/regulations.
ITC will also support the labelling and promotion (locally, regionally and internationally) of the quality of Comoran production, particularly under the "Made in Comoros" label. This activity also includes the effective operationalisation of the National Office of Metrology and the establishment of the Comoran Bureau of Standardisation as well as support to companies in the field of export quality management.
